Casa Limonero Modern, stylish house with well kept private gardens.


Casa Limonero is situated in Atalaya, one of the most sought after areas of Conil. It is very close to the beach and equally close to the old town of Conil, both of which are only a short stroll away. The house is situated in a quite street, and has large well kept communal gardens that are private to the surrounding houses. The gardens are secured allowing a safe and secure area for children to play.

The house has a possibility of sleeping 7 people, however, if the 4th bedroom is not used it is fully equipped for an office or quiet room. This room also has a large private balcony overlooking the gardens. Another double bedroom is downstairs and opposite a shower room. The second bedroom 2 single beds with a small balcony, and the third is a double also. The bathroom upstairs has a bath tub, bidet and shower facilities.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons, plenty of storage space and good quality crockery and utensils.

The lounge is large, with a comfortable sofa and dining area. There is free WIFI, a flat screen TV attached to a Bluetooth sound bar. German satellite is available and UK channels can also be viewed on any device with internet connection.

Outside areas

The house has a lovely private terrace garden, which then leads onto a well kept communal area which is or the exclusive use of the surrounding houses. It is gated and so makes a very safe environment for children to play in. The private terrace has a large dining table for alfresco dining and 2 sunbeds for relaxing under the shade of the lemon tree. there is a Webber BBQ for guests to use.

Kitchen

The kitchen is clean and contemporary and has a small balcony overlooking the beach with a table and chairs. It has a 4 Ring stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, juicer, toaster, blender and various coffee making options. The utensils are plentiful and of good quality, as are is the crockery and glassware.

Lounge area

The lounge is spacious and has a very comfortable chaise lounge sofa. There is a flat screen TV with Bluetooth soundbar that can also be used to connect to any of your devices. There is air conditioning in the Lounge/Dining area, or a powerful fan if you prefer.

Downstairs bedroom

The downstairs bedroom is a double room. It has a wardrobe and bedside cabinets. There are fans and wall heaters in all bedrooms and 2 hairdryers available. The bedding and mattress’ are of good quality, and suitable for Winter and Summer lets.

Downstairs Shower room

The downstairs shower room is spacious and has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink.

2nd Bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, large wardrobe and dressing table. The room has fans and wall heaters. The bedding and mattress are of good quality, and suitable for winter and summer lets.

3rd Bedroom

The 3rd bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe. It has a small Romeo and Juliet balcony overlooking the gardens. This room is also fitted with fans and wall heaters. The bedding and mattress´ are of good quality, and suitable for Winter and Summer lets.

Office / 4th Bedroom

The 4th bedroom is equipped to use as an office or quiet room. There are a desk and a double sofa bed. If it is utilised as a bedroom there is a hanger and rack for clothing. This room has a lovely large balcony with wicker table and chairs. It overlooks the gardens.

Upstairs Bathroom

The bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower,sink, bidét and toilet.
