Andrew & April - A little bit about us...

We bought the apartment, Las Tres Piedras, in 2002 which is located in the Atalaya Park area of Conil. After using the apartment as a holiday home for many years we loved the area and lifestyle so much that we decided to locate here.
Coming from a small fishing town on the East coast of England (Grimsby), it was a big challenge, but one we have enjoyed and love our Spanish life here with our adopted Spanish dog Paquita. We look after all aspects of the properties ourselves, allowing us to maintain the high standards WE would expect from quality holiday accommodation. It also allows us to give our clients the benefit of our experience and advice about where to go and what to do in and around Conil. We have travelled extensively in the past and know the importance of having good and comfortable accommodation. We hope that we have thought of just about everything you should need. However is something is missing, phone us and you shall have it. We like to think that our accommodation in one of the best located, decorated and equipped houses in Conil. We both feel very proud reading the hundreds of lovely comments our clients leave in the guestbooks, many of who return year after year.

Lovely

Just returned from a perfect holiday in Conil. The house and location is idyllic. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless it containing every mod con we could possibly have needed. I have booked several house on this site and this is by far the best equipped. The owners Andrew and April were so accommodating and helpful from the initial booking to warm welcome on arrival. The house is short walk from beautiful beach and the old town of Conil. It also had a number of abars and restaurants within 5min walk and supermarket 10min walk. A small private communal garden at the rear of the house was great for the kids to play, owners even provided outdoor games . We recommend the house with out any hesitation perfect house perfect location. Thanks again to Andrew and April.

Perfect Holiday

My family and I (husband and two children, age 3 and 5 months) stayed at Las Tres Piedras for the month of August 2011. It really felt like home away from home. April and Andrew were fabulous hosts and were a wealth of information during our stay in Conil-they were most helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. The listing description and the photos were accurate; there were no surprises. The view was fantastic as was the access to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants (although we mostly cooked), and the center of town as long as you don’t mind walking. You can get most anywhere in 20 minutes or less (walking).
